Juggling Ball Distribution
Thank you for taking your event to the next level by including juggling balls for your participants.
Please do not distribute juggling balls prior to Curtis’ performance.
They will typically arrive via LTL carrier.
You should receive an email notification when the juggling balls ship. This email will contain any tracking information and let you know how many boxes to receive.
You may receive a separate shipment via FedEx. These are Curtis’ supplies he will use during his keynote.
On the day of the event, the juggling ball boxes should be put into the room where the event will be held but off to the side.
The juggling balls come in a master box with two smaller boxes inside. All of the boxes should be opened. The two smaller boxes of balls should be dumped into the master box. The two smaller boxes can be discarded. Close the lid to the master box and put to the side of the room.
At the appropriate time during his keynote, Curtis will mention that your company has provided juggling balls for the audience. He will instruct everyone how to distribute them. This is usually done very quickly and efficiently.
